Black Men Coalition Foundation is committed to improving the lives of individuals in our community. Through our comprehensive programs, we strive to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve self-sufficiency and a better quality of life. Our organization offers a range of vital programs and services, including our employment program, supported employment housing, continued education/professional development with eCornell, financial literacy education, entrepreneurial support, mentorship, transportation, and the only free youth baseball program in the country. With a strong focus on individualized care and community collaboration, we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Transportation
Our transportation program aims to facilitate access to employment by removing the financial burden associated with commuting. By providing free transportation, we enable individuals to secure and maintain employment without being hindered by transportation-related challenges.
Housing
Black Men Coalition Foundation is developing a supported employment housing development that will offer a vertically integrated program of employment, transportation, financial literacy, and employment housing. By unifying services, there is a more robust local economy through gainful employment, peer mentorships, concentrated case management, and built-in accountability.

Youth Baseball
Black Men Coalition Foundation offers a FREE youth baseball league to increase participation among underserved youth, ages 4 to 12, to provide them with an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of baseball. Click here for more information about our youth baseball program.
